Sonorarium of Resonance – Made for Notion
In our fast-paced and ever-changing world, it is easy to get wrapped up in all the stresses of life. Sometimes it may be too much to the point that we forget to see the beauty of our world amidst its state. One way to reconnect with the world is by practicing sound mindfulness, an activity that involves getting in touch with the dimension of sound and re-experiencing reality around you through a sense that we usually overlook: our hearing. With consistent practice, we can appreciate the little things around us and enrich ourselves internally.
The Sonorarium of Resonance helps you to journal and store your observations, impressions, and thoughts that you collect throughout your sound mindfulness practice.
For more information on sound mindfulness and ways to practice it, you can read my blog post through this link: An Introduction to Sound Mindfulness.

FAQs
Q: What is the difference between the two versions?
A: In the base version, you can log and store your experiences with the sounds around you, so it is more general. The expanded version builds on your experiences so that you can store and organize detailed profiles about the entities around you; hence, it is more comprehensive. In other words, the base version is to a journal as the expanded version is to an encyclopedia.
